Pescha, female cougar

Pescha, a female cougar, came to the Center from Nashville, Indiana. Left outside in a winter storm with no food or shelter, she was starving & her ears were frostbitten down to one-inch nubs when she was rescued. Pescha can be quite playful and seems nicely adjusted to her new home. If you listen closely, she can often hear her purring.
