Sycamore Farm, a 20-acre working horse farm, is Bloomington’s popular indoor/outdoor venue for weddings, receptions, reunions, corporate events, and other private parties. They are currently giving tours and booking events for 2015 and 2016.
The farmstead dates back to the 1800s. At that time, the owners ran a dairy, and the original red barn still sits by That Road. The newer barns are now for horses and parties. For 40 years, the land has grazed horses, first American Saddlebreds, and now Standardbreds.  Mares and colts enjoy the farm until the colts leave for a future career on the race tracks.
EFRC is so grateful to Dr. Ted and Diann Lock for donating the use of their beautiful facility for the annual Boomer Ball Bash.

Upland has been a friend to the Exotic Feline Rescue Center for many years, providing support by donating their great beer to our events.  Upland was founded in 1997 and today, with their products in all 92 Indiana counties, is proud to call itself Indiana’s largest microbrewery.  Upland is also a socially conscious business that contributes to causes important to them.  We are delighted that EFRC is one of those causes.

We are so happy to partner with Rettig Hill Winery for this second annual Boomer Ball Bash.  They are an estate winery in Southeastern Indiana that practices grape growing and winemaking according to old world traditions. Their vines are cared for by hand and the grapes are carefully hand harvested to ensure that only quality grapes go into their wines. Although their vineyard and winemaking practices play an important part in the quality of the wines, the soils found in their vineyard and the warm growing season found in southeastern Indiana ensure production of their fine wines. As many grape growers and winemakers in Indiana have discovered, quality grapes can be grown and fine wines are made in our state.  Cheers!
