JH WWe hope to see you at the Second Annual Dinner in the Penthouse at the elegant Courses Restaurant. Gourmet French cuisine will be served at your table along with appropriate wines. Seating is limited to 110 and tickets have already been sold.
Last April, Keith Parish, Ivy Tech Hospitality Management Program Coordinator, planned the perfect evening and the students in the Customer Service, Beverage Service and Specialized Cuisines classes took such good care of us.
The food and wine were outstanding as they will be again on April 9, 2015. Greg Duncan will once again provide cocktail hour piano, Dick Wolfsie will return to keep the party rolling, and Tom Wright of the Wright Brothers Band will be on hand to share his soothing, melodic voice and his special humor.
It will be an evening to remember; you will feel very special.

The former Ramsgate penthouse restaurant, now named “Courses at the Penthouse" is home to Ivy Tech’s Culinary Academy. Chef Jeff Bricker, the Chairman of Ivy Tech’s Hospitality Administration program, and Keith Parish, Hospitality Management Program Coordinator, and their students will delight your palate with gourmet French cuisine, paired with appropriate wines, served at your table. Beef, fish and vegetarian options are available.
Courses has retained the feel of The Ramsgate with its beautiful old woodwork, stained glass, and fireplace; the new has been seamlessly blended in.
