Everyone deserves to treat themselves to a wonderful event after surviving the winter of 2013-2014. Reservations are not required but our appreciated.

This month we feature the last of the five female tiger cubs. Jason Heimbaugh, long-time EFRC volunteer, allowed Marrissa Dub to name Kilala. Marissa discovered ‘Kilala’ in a name data base and has always been fond of the name. Kilala is also the name of the two-tailed cat in the Manga comic books which Marissa enjoys. When you visit, make sure to spend some time with the cubs.

We are thrilled to announce that our CUB CAM is now up and running. Click on the link below to watch our five little tiger cubs play, eat, frolic in their water tank and sleep. No matter the time of day you can watch our girls enjoying their time at the EFRC. We say this with an accompanying warning-if you click on the link do not be surprised if you cannot pull yourself away from watching the girls. They are just so cute!!

The Exotic Feline Rescue Center wants to send a big THANK YOU ROAR to a group of students from Appalachian State University. Liz, Allison, Emily, Kiersten, Hudson, Tina, Gabby, Julia and Ally, along with their faculty advisor, Anna, spent a week at the center performing a variety of tasks. They spent the week mucking shelter boxes, spreading gravel, organizing recycling materials and cleaning the veterinary clinic. We cannot thank them enough for all they accomplished.

Thank-you for your continued support!
